A partir desta terça-feira (10), a imunização contra a covid-19 na UBS 5 de Taguatinga ocorrerá das 8h às 22h
Mais um ponto de vacinação contra a covid-19 passa a atender o público no período noturno. A partir desta terça-feira (10), a Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) 5 de Taguatinga, que funciona no Setor D Sul, Área Especial 23, atenderá o público com 25 anos ou mais das 8h às 22h.
O objetivo, segundo a superintendência da Região de Saúde Sudoeste – a qual a unidade faz parte – é ampliar a assistência ao público e alcançar quem tem alguma dificuldade em se vacinar durante o dia em um ponto de vacinação mais perto de casa. O DF já tem dois pontos noturnos em funcionamento: em Ceilândia e no Setor Militar Urbano (SMU).
“É um benefício para a nossa população aumentar a capacidade do serviço que oferecemos. Amanhã, terça-feira (10), será a vez da UBS 5 funcionar também no período noturno e nossa intenção é ampliar esse atendimento, em outras unidades da região, pensando nas pessoas que trabalham até à noite”, destaca o superintendente Luciano Almeida.
A modalidade de atendimento na UBS 5 será para pedestres. A organização e o comprometimento dos servidores da unidade durante a campanha de vacinação têm sido bastante elogiados por meio da Ouvidoria da Secretaria de Saúde.
Além disso, a UBS chegou a vacinar 5 mil pessoas contra a covid-19 em um único dia, na última semana. Agora, com atendimento noturno, a meta é ampliar esse número.
Região de Saúde
A região sudoeste é formada pelas regiões administrativas de Taguatinga, Samambaia, Recanto das Emas, Águas Claras, Vicente Pires e Arniqueira. Para se vacinar na UBS 5 não é necessário residir na região.
